What differentiates iCIMS Talent Cloud from other similar products?
The ability to save and retrieve information on active and passive candidates is what sets it apart from other systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
From my perspective, the user interface is relatively user-friendly and straightforward to navigate. There is no doubt that the applicant tracking systems are up to par with the industry standard; nevertheless, there is no doubt that they might benefit from certain enhancements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For many years, the help desk has been a source of frustration. There are instances when they are quite attentive, but other times, it takes them many days to respond to my inquiries, which frequently results in a pre-written piece that has nothing to do with my inquiry. The process of simply jumping on a call to talk about a problem is not easy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for an applicant tracking system, I strongly suggest it. It is essential to examine your organization's distinctiveness while considering any software. Make sure the system can meet or surpass your expectations, and write them down. Implement iCIMS slowly, keeping your process in mind, when you've decided it's the best option. Set up the finer points. Prepare for the following six months and a year by considering your needs. You will benefit greatly in the long run from investing the time now.

What differentiates iCIMS Talent Cloud from other similar products?
iCIMS knows it's core competency and does it well. Customer service has been excellent for as long as we have partnered with them (over 10 years). iCIMS keeps up with current technology and doesn't rush things out just to be trendy. They make sure it works and is a solution that will bring benefit to your organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to navigate the platform and to get the information you need out of it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the process steps can be a bit confusing to new users or users that don't spend a lot of time with the application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the time to learn it and utilize all of the training features offered.

iCIMS real time reporting capabilities in have been what stands out to me in our use of the system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dashboard of reports and report output
What do you dislike most about this product?
Troubleshooting through tickets/email is very challenging. Help desk set up feels like they’re under staffed so it’s out back on the customer to funnel in requests. So challenging to just get on the phone to have IT answer your questions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure that the platform could tailor to your business model.
