What differentiates iCIMS Talent Cloud from other similar products?

The ability to customize the platform to have it do whatever it is that you want.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As we grow as a business and processes change, our TA strategy and communications can remain consistent but also change quickly

What do you dislike most about this product?

The first level support ticket creation system is not great. iCIMS moved to an offshore model roughly 18 months ago, where you can no longer call in and fix your problem on the phone with support. A ticket is created and some issues can take awhile to be corrected within the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are willing ti spend the time during implementation to set up the system to your process it is a great tool. However, due to the customization factor of iCIMS, it can be daunting if you do not spend the time to think through your recruiting process.

AI, customizability and broad range of products. Products can be used with or without the ATS and integrates well with other systems. Easy to use at all levels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to customize to meet our needs

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometimes config relies on the customer who may or may not be saavy in terms. This has greatly improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a solid idea of your ideal workflow and what/how you need to report your data. iCIMS can work with you to meet efficiencies where they can and will tell you what is not possible or offer an alternative. Have a plan and resources to review your platform on a regular basis to make changes or add new products. Consider which products are most beneficial and can be bundled for optimal pricing.

There is no 100% solution in the TA space. This is a close as it gets and it must be configured to your process to be effective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reporting and Analytics. The volume and quality of the data is superb.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support, it is all email or web based ticketing and you cannot speak to a person anymore.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend the time to really understand and focus on the implementation and configurations. If you need to modify your process, do so during implementation.
