First Huddle is cloud based which ensures easy acco The second aspect that makes Huddle unique is that it's scalable and come at an attractive cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Huddle is undeniably very affordable The software is very secure and being a cloud tool, it's Scalable With this software, handling business documents is easy It's a great tool for document management and collaboration

What do you dislike most about this product?

Huddle hasn't presented any hurdles

For easy and secure document management, Huddle never disappoints and present some of industry leading features

Ease of deployment and configuration has been a differentiating factor. Also, the level of customer engagement is exceptional.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Clean and intuitive user interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Product is slightly priced higher than other solutions in the market.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very innovative product. After the initial deployment, the product runs smoothly without any problem with routine maintenance. It comes with a great business value.

What differentiates Ideagen Huddle from other similar products?

We use this software to share files with our auditors. It has been very convenient to upload items in different folders that can be accessed from anywhere. I like that we can upload big files very fast.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Uploading is seamless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only con I can think of is that when you export files from Huddle to your computer, it saves them as a zip file and for some reason, when you open the folder, you can just copy and paste the subfolders to your drives, you need to do it twice (copy the zip file again and then open it to save the subfolders as regular files and not zip format)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Not many recommendations I have for Huddle. Overall, it is a good software.
