It has constantly been one of the few tools that have enabled us to complete the responsibilities that have been set forth for us on a daily basis, precisely plan each project, and consistently provide constructive suggestions to all of our professional work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Inflectra SpiraTeam is simple to combine the usage of all the tools in one action, achieving synchronized and coordinated work while creating thorough reports on each analysis and progress accomplished. Inflectra SpiraTeam ensures that every project analysis is thorough and accurate, giving us access to information on every step of the commercial job processes we undertake.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting might be improved, and for publication, I'd like to see direct interfaces to SharePoint. For engaging with a larger audience who might not have direct access to the tool, a team web interface would be ideal. I don't like how reports and exports talk about custom fields without using the labels that have been assigned to them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The UI for creating and changing processes such as defect management sometimes feels more difficult than it needs to be. There aren't enough graphical representations in reports. Limited and difficult to understand report customization.
