What do you dislike most about this product?

We cannot benefit from new features made available in version 6.0 and later. Any test tool integration with a business is challenging since the tool pushes you to operate in accordance with its requirements rather than enhancing current procedures. As a result, the tool compels the tester to operate in accordance with its functionality. I had to create a VB script to translate/transpose my test scripts into the proper format for input into SpiraTeam.

There are numerous different ALM options available. Instead of a lot of complicated features, I prefer something simple. SpiraTeam is positioned at the center. It is well-balanced. For the rest of the team to be able to know where we are in the project, I can fairly easily produce the results of the test effort. To make entering the project elements easier, in my opinion, the application needs a manual or a screen that can display the flow procedure. I don't use this tool with an agile methodology; I only use it for standard project management. I dislike how folders are implemented. When copying and pasting test cases, they end up in the wrong place.

SpiraTeam can be used as a document repository for one project, merely a tool for writing test scripts and running tests for another, or as a full-fledged project life cycle solution that includes capabilities for requirements, tests, and managing defects, reporting, and management. Inflectra's assistance is leagues ahead of the competition and sets the bar high for other companies.

Its versatility to allow us to utilize mobile devices and access it from any device led us to notice that it is special from others. The Inflectra SpiraTeam tool progressed from one version to the next with great stability during my time with it. Considering our heat points we have the ability to create our own custom dashboard.

I like the way it enables us to add comments or approve items with the help of its useful automation features. Throughout my experience, it has maintained excellent reliability which is another aspect that has forced me to love it. The basic setup and settings are easy and saved us a lot of hours. Even better than the tool is the help actually both are competitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our work with the program was accurate, but our interactions and user experience with it felt more like using a fixed application with a strong project process modulation. With a difficult form to complete, the user interface is not particularly friendly. We cannot fully tweak things that have restricted us in some places to do things effectively.

I highly recommend Inflectra SpiraTeam, any firm searching for a simple, user-friendly product should check out this system, in my opinion, it is an ideal option for all firms.
