What differentiates Infor HCM from other similar products?

Infor HCM offers businesses features and that makes it possible to optimize the workforce. With this software, it is easy to make decisions that will impact business growth while ensuring the business has an agile workforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Infor HCM makes it easy to create an agile workforce. Using Infor HCM is easy and I like that it offers Amazing features. I like the easy of managing workforce productivity. With Infor HCM, making decisions is easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not really an easy to use software for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For a HCM, Infor HCM offers Amazing features and it has surpassed our expectations. For this reason, I recommend it to others businesses in search of such a business solution.

What differentiates Infor HCM from other similar products?

I don't know because this is the only system my school has used. It has basic features for allowing us to update personal information and see sick leave.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to clearly see how much sick leave I have left

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's basic and lacks finesse

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works for basic needs, but isn't an appealing layout or a unique product

Learning and Development All aspects of learning management systems, content and curriculum development, development plans, skills databases, certifications, and reporting.
