What differentiates Infosec IQ from other similar products?

Client success team is outstanding. Satisfying variety of training and testing materials provided by the vendor and from user submissions

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Phish simulator and associated reporting

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally difficult to get phish tests through GMail security features (not Infosec's fault, that's Google always changing and evolving)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. Security awareness is absolutely vital to any organization and Infosec is a one stop shop for that training

Content Quality The content of training is of high quality and goes to the desired level of depth regarding security best practices, while still engaging end users.

Ease of User Management The CBT product is easy to use and administer with multiple end user groups and to regularly manage the awareness and training program.
