What differentiates Infosec IQ from other similar products?

Cost and ease of implementation and use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reporting capabilities and web based interface. Gamification of the training presentations also helps since the goal is to get 200+ people to complete a training.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting is a little complex and takes time to figure out. Its an important aspect though as it needs to be presented to the regulators in case of an audit. Certain knowledge quizzes are also a big length, could achieve the same result with half the amount of questions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Shorten the quizzes, also provide more precise names for the training courses, some one them have the same names and one can get lost.

Overall ease of use, and relationship with the State of Wisconsin.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Doesn't provide a pre-campaign testing, which can result in errors. Could provide more relevant templates.

Simulated Attacks There is the ability to perform simulated end-user attacks. This includes mock spear-phishing, SMS phishing, and phone social engineering.

Variety of Training Materials Training is delivered through many media including videos, decks, emails, posters, and other supplemental training materials.

Content Quality The content of training is of high quality and goes to the desired level of depth regarding security best practices, while still engaging end users.

Topic Breadth The breadth of training topics being covered is broad and fairly comprehensive, including industry-specific or compliance-based topics as needed.

Ease of User Management The CBT product is easy to use and administer with multiple end user groups and to regularly manage the awareness and training program.
