It differs from others because it has: Live online, Webinars, Telephone assistance in addition24/7 Assistance

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MaritzCX's comprehensive reporting platform is very easy to use and best of all, it's self-service! Not only can you create custom report views in minutes, but you can also add text analysis and sentiment to help guide your users or gain insight.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The dashboard has too much information and the sentiment is too complex to explain to owners.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It would be nice to be able to automate reports to run on specific dates and be emailed to the requester.

The breadth of product features and the pricing of the software sets them to be so unique

I like the great customer support I do receive from the support teams, they always help me integrate the solution and fix errors, also the analytics reporting of the solution is awesome with good looking visuals

What do you dislike most about this product?

It turns to be more expensive if you are collecting large amounts of data compared to other free tools

It's a good tool for understanding customer insights
