What differentiates Interact from other similar products?
Something in which this tool has seemed remarkable to me is its ability to integrate the platforms used in the organization in such a way that they do not require external systems for their use, it is also quite simple to implement for business since it does not have great complexities, even its page is quite explanatory and efficient, it has totally free manuals to know what to do in each place and implement it in the best possible way in the organization
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It can be integrated with systems already implemented organizationally, such as the case of Zendesk or Workday, well-known tools that are usually helpful for professional functions in the organization. Another quite remarkable feature is that of integrations with systems, such as the case of Microsoft packages, which are also implemented in some cases online, providing security in each step taken with the help of this tool
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are no negative features of this tool, it is quite functional and flexible in many sectors, monthly costs are not usually high so I have no problems with the tool
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I consider that it is a tool for professional use and specifically for those who work remotely, it is an alternative to bring together the best capabilities of financial systems to communication management in the cloud

What differentiates Interact from other similar products?
Interact is a comprehensive software solution for analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, evaluating video, audio, physiology, and observations in real time. Its benefits include making all of a customer's information available for viewing, limiting all a customer's transactions, and determining what a customer says when searching for a transaction.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Interact is easy to use, intuitive and comes with comprehensive customization options, it allows the creation of a general intranet that provides information about the organization's employee database from various locations, it is effective with its update options.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Interact image library is a bit difficult to navigate and using the forms requires some level of knowledge or experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I Recommend Interact provides an excellent, visually appealing, detailed, and easy-to-use intranet solution that promotes the transformation of your organization's internal communications.

What differentiates Interact from other similar products?
Interact is peculiar with easy-to-use CMS that facilitates the publication and measurement of multichannel content to reach all employees, AI recommendation engine option helps content to find employees, also with survey system helps the organization to measure the feedback.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Like Interact offers social capabilities, broadcasts, notifications and updates, profile badges, quizzes, rewards and recognition, it is great for finding relevant employee information quickly in the centralized people directory by using filters such as location, role, experience or Department.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Interact in terms of its functionality for beginners is somewhat complicated to administer and requires a lot of expertise.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Interact for social media quizzes, shopping guides, lead qualification, progressive profiling, and any app where you can ask a series of questions to better understand customers and contacts.
