What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Interact is very easy to install, build and manage by non-technical staff. It has a great author experience. It is easy to use. It is flexible. Very intuitive. Has a great collaborative feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Actually have nothing to dislike.

They have a great educative, responsible support team that will provide with you all that you need to have your case settled also an extensive and advantageous feature that will just perfect your business environment to the best you can imagine with this I boldly do recommend the use of this software for any other person having a consideration on it.

In any given company, organization, or agency the working environment is considered as a factor to consider so much when it comes to the kind of product or work output expectations, having given the Interact away in our organization it has shown up more than we thought, it has created the best working environment for workers and our customers building a strong working community. The functionality is just great where it creates a wide range of connections, keeps the whole workplace organized.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that this platform is easy to install and use with non-technical works to be done so many workers are able to work with it without getting through training lessons that may be time-consuming and also expensive. It has the capability to cause an increase in production for its smooth workflow . With the ability to get suggestions and opinions this help in growing better with great perfection of products that please our customers increasing the profits which is a favorable contribution for the well being of the organization.

The platform is well-pleasing with no dislike.

Interact is easy to use and packed with tons of features that is build to connect people together. It offers integration with apps we use, like Microsoft 365. It is also secure , flexible and cost effective intranet solution. Likewise, it provides a centralized place of storing organization information. It is an intuitive tool to organize communication flow across the whole of our organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We were looking for an intranet solution that would bring people together in our company and Interact was the best solution. It satisfied all the needs of every department in our organization. Having a single place of accessing information helps improved flow of communication and increase collaboration. Building communities of different work types as improved collaboration and increased innovation since they can engage and share ideas easily. Also, the mobile intranet has enabled our employees to connect even when on the move.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The workflows to us was not as extensive as we expected it to be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using interact has changed how we work as employees and the experience is great. It has given us a flow of communication outside and inside the organization. I recommend using interact because of its ease of use, flexibility and a product that is well managed.
