What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?
in its speed to deliver data, after the implementation the sales assistants talk with the clients, after the day we have scheduled to send us all the necessary information to make good decisions about changes and with the team we quickly get to work on it .
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My only and great favorite aspect is that it is very fast and easy to install, we were able to do ab testing in several ways with it, it is very malleable and it adapted to what we needed to do, which was to improve the customer experience in a certain product that was not I went to the market. He also gave the alert to customer service quickly so that they could attend to the interested customer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I mainly dislike that it is very rigid in its hiring, you must reconfirm payments and sign extensive documents. There are people who have told me that only we were subjected to an intensely excessive bureaucracy in terms of hiring, but I'm not entirely sure.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are chat bots and successful client programs of all kinds, this is mostly used for medium-sized companies due to its cost, you should investigate what you need and if you are starting intercom because of its high value it is not for you, there are bigger and better products on the market for starters.

What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?
Every single point is admirable when discussing Intercom software due to the effectiveness that this solution provides. The industry leader in chatbot creation and administration, Intercom software is chosen by our company because it also has special features to optimize and streamline the operations of our entire organization since it must have something to give to each department.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The entire stack has extremely useful features that I haven't even used yet; they are all advanced and, with a little work, could be made perfect for the use case. The support is always available to assist in any situation and is very humble. The automation capabilities are really wonderful and topped to bring us in the position to get more quality leads by just handing over our interaction to Intercom. The support is always on the way to help in any scenario and is very humble.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sincerely speaking, when I first intend to utilize them, I have no idea where to begin, how to arrange the many features, or which aspect will be more beneficial to the process overall. As a result of its flexible options being obscured and buried, I was first unable to tweak it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The Intercom software had all the features the help desk and sales teams needed in one stack, but the effectiveness and advantages of these features were still determined by the team's job involvement and proficiency in using them. Some features were hidden, and teammates had to delve deep to make the best use of each one. Any business setting can use it perfectly; the only issue is how to set it up properly.
