The ability send macros and allowing Resbot to attempt to answer our customer supports most common questions is great as this allows us to spend more time with customers who need that extra help.

The pricing and it does not include all beneficial aspects of the product in the cheaper plans.

Start slowly and test it to make sure if fits your needs before committing, but overall its a super software!
