What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?
Intercom has improved the AI feature with a lot of options to customise it with our own branding like logo and AI names which gives our chatbot a unique look according to our preferences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The AI feature does well reading of our content from the support articles and website content which provides a good understand of our Ai to respond to technical question, this saves us from a lot of tickets and burnouts. Has the sidebar chat feature which makes the solution a good one to internally communicate with team over matters without involving agents
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly intercom is too expensive to use if you cannot save more on the subscription as most good features are available on enterprise plans making it more complex for smaller businesses to use
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend the solution for customer success and support inquiries

My favorite thing about Intercom is the live chat and automation. It helps us respond to customers quickly, even outside of working hours, and makes support more efficient with smart bots and quick replies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There’s nothing I dislike about Intercom. It works well for our team and meets all our communication needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re considering Intercom, I’d recommend setting up automated replies and chatbots early on—they save a lot of time and improve response speed. Also, take time to explore the analytics and integrations to get the most value from the platform.
