What differentiates Intralinks VDRPro from other similar products?

We have never used a different product because we have loved how Intralinks has worked for us over the years. There’s never been a need to try another company on our end, thankfully.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy it is to add documents but sometimes find that setting the permissions can take time to ensure it’s done properly and perfectly, especially when releasing information to only certain clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Permissions. It’s has definitely improved over the years, but I still find myself double and triple checking it’s perfect. Thankfully some of the reporting now helps with that issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Double and triple check your permissions!
