What differentiates Intuit QuickBooks from other similar products?

It works errorless even for desk top mode. Intuit is developing it since 80-th so the best practise is used here. Works good for middle sized businessed who do not need complexed warehouse operations or production programm following in costs like large mills have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to learn and very affordably priced for every size of business. It has Fishbowl connectivity to operate your supply and operations cycle. Especially good for NorthAm oprations cause has connectivity to UPS gateways for business customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Do not miss it with ERP - Intuit is mostly accounting software to get your financial position done and payroll paid but it does not provide functionality to plan and execute complexed industrial output dependant on costs rationalisation and forecasting. It does not provide functions for cash flow management - separate software or manual practise. Would add value IFRS reportings for banks as templates: equity, fixed assets, realted parties, consolidation, consolidated net financial position.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are trading non-multiple products and servises you do not need complecated ERP system to purchase just having one Intuit Quick Books you will close most of your demands for timely and correct financial reportings. Try it and you will find it is reliable accounting tool for reasonable price.

If you're a small company, Quickbooks is a good product: it's very easy, not pricey at all, helpful with the day to day operations.
