What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
Isolved really makes a difference in making personal connections with the companies they work with. All of the customer support teams that I have worked with have been extremely friendly and happy to do whatever it takes whenever it takes to make our lives easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite thing is that this product has eliminated 95% of my paperwork. I used to spend so much time standing in a safe filing away paperwork and I no longer have to do that.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a double edged sword, i really like all of the new changes Isolved is always kicking out. However sometimes with a large company, and we have a lot of employees that aren't great with technology.. sometimes that can be challenging to help with them. Especially with having a lot of remote employees, it's difficult for me to explain the system to them if I have a different view.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would just say to go for it. Start with one product and then work with the customer support team to see what other products could be helpful to you. They are great at being able to recommend products at just the right time. They've really made my job a lot easier and they have always been a great help with launching the new product out to the employees.
