What sets it apart from other products is it's AI driven capabilities, such as intelligent candidate matching, and personalized learning pathways and many others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Loved how it brings all HR functions together such as payroll, talent management, and engagement into one system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited and inflexible scheduling functionality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend first taking the time to clearly define your organisation's unique HR and payroll workforce before implementation.
