What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?

Payroll, ATS, and benefits management all in one is amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Payroll, ATS, and benefits management all in one. And I really like that employees can update their own information, although I would highly recommend that you implement a notification system for any time an employee updates their information. If the employees address changes, we won't know unless notified. And if you have more than one system to update, then that would mean you wouldn't know that isolved had been updated, and then you would have a conflict of information from one system to the next.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Usability. Errors are common when trying to set up employee accounts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If user friendly is what you need, then this product is not for you.

Benefits Administration Employee participation in benefits programs such as paid time off, medical/dental/life insurance policies, 401k/RRSP participation, as well as self-service.

Time and Attendance Includes time tracking, attendance tracking, vacation tracking, PTO, sick and necessary leave tracking, and alert mechanisms.
