What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
I do not have experience with administering another product like iSolved. That said, it was easy to learn, with lots of resources available.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to solve many problems myself, without involving the support team. The iSolved university is a great resource.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I personally do not love the ala carte module options. I'd love to see something where you bundle some of the ancillary modules together for a flat rate. The pricing gets unwieldy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do the demos. Ask lots of questions. And have a clear idea of your needs. The companies you are likely looking at all have a fair market share and are good at what they do. Knowing what your needs are and connecting with your installation team will be key in your success.
