They have the best reporting tools and best customer support! They always help you in a timely manner.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The system is so easy to use, the reporting tools are great and the customer support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They need an international interface so we can incorporate our international teams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great system if you need something that works, has a great reporting set up and the best customer support, you will want this system for your company!

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
We are able to streamline the onboarding process, save important documents, and expedite the hiring process with the help of Isolved. In addition to being a terrific tool for payrolls, Isolved's reporting is easy to understand at the end of each month, quarter, and year.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like that I can reach someone at any time if I have any queries about the payroll for my employees, such as about taxes, withholdings, or benefit coverage. There are no hold periods when contacting customer service, and all employees receive comprehensive software training. Working with and understanding the staff is a breeze.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would have preferred it if iSolved came with a PDF or user manual that walked me through the process of doing basic things. I can't always spare the twenty minutes to watch a training video and cross my fingers that it's the correct one. However, I discovered that customer service is available 24/7 and the staff is more than happy to assist you with any difficulty you may have.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Thanks to iSolved, I can easily manage my company's payroll and personnel from any location at any time. Thanks to iSolved, I am able to stay organized and make changes to my compensation and benefits with ease.
