I-solved has a lot to offer with each module. Always someone available to walk you through the process and answer any questions you might have.

Support and Help to understand how it all works!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I like everything that I-solved has to offer, the only thing I think I would change is to actually have someone on site 5 days a week:)

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
Ease of access. I can do almost anything from custom reports and new features. The support team is friendly and helpful. My employees have control of their paperwork from onboarding to year end W2s. It saves time and money with everything available online.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Payroll! You can either do an integration, enter by hand (if a small company), or uploading a spreadsheet. Reports are easy to customize.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The speed of downloads
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommend! Easy to use, multitude of features, friendly support.
