What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
product is user friendly and employees like it. it is easy for employees to enroll themselves. clocking in and out is easy and easy to fix if there is a problem. Running payroll is easy. reports are good although i have never been trained to build or run my own reports so if i need anything special i have to wait for someone to contact me back and build my report. prebuilt forms not available as far as I can tell. i dont know many of the other features because my training was limited. not much else but you are making me have at least so many characters so i need to keep typing until I run out of characters. i dont have that much good
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
running reports and running payroll
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really really really dislike customer service. It is very slow when I email with a problem. I totally despise the "ticket" aspect. No one ever answers me the same day. sometimes it takes a couple of days which can be a real aggrevating problem if I am in the middle of running payroll and I need an answer. I dont want a "ticket"...I want an answer. Also, the time off tracking sucks. i can look at it in 2 different places and the available time left is different. it is very confusing for me and the managers and employees. i never got a straight answer for that issue either so we are still in the dark as to how much time everone has l

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
I have not worked with any other products. So I am not able to give any feedback on this question.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is that everything is under one roof so to speak. Time keeping, employee records, benefits, reporting, payroll and so much more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish that you could pick up and drop documents into and out of the Employee Documents instead of having to upload them. This would save so much time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you can find someone that is in your same business or field to talk to about the product, I would recommend that. They would be able to give you more in depth feedback about the product features that work best for them. This would give you a better understanding of the product.

Inviting user interface.

GPS for clocking in on phone does not work for some users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend putting a lot of attention to detail during implementation. A strong implementation and knowledge of the product leads to a strong HCM tool.
