What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?

iSolved is significantly easier to use and have staff readily accessible if I need help with the program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy payroll is to process. I do not dread having to use the software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Finding reports. If I spend more than 5-10 minutes looking for a report and cannot find it, I end up calling customer support and someone quickly points me in the right direction.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Quick thinking about it and make the switch. You won't regret it.

i am not familiar with any other products. This is the first time I have been in a role that has allowed me to utilize a platform like this.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that the site is simple to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

making changes or getting answers to things can be challenging

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ask questions regarding support and turnaround time for answers before purchasing
