What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?

Larger companies have long hold times or no good options for online help via email or online chat. iSolved is great because you can always get in touch with someone right away via phone call or email.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer service support and responsiveness.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app is a work in progress and it has been difficult to get support directly to employees who are struggling with logins or passwords.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you value good customer service, and an easy-to-use system, iSolved would be a good choice.
