I love the quality of customer service, our rep Sherrie is amazing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the built in rules and policies, the ability of staff to have more ownership of their information
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't had the chance to learn more. I wish there was an easier way to construct reports. And for us to change a nd add policies and procedures.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give yourself a chance to learn, be specific during conversion and be prepared for change.

All the features provided come with clear and informative trainings to ensure learning capabilities. Easy to maneuver around within the software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Organized and easy to follow. Love the customer support team I work with.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the only change I have found hard to get use to is not having the ability to contact that one person/rep and getting immediate answers. Having that one on one experience with a support person.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out and explore the great features offered and see how it can make your HR, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and even end of year crunch so much simpler.
