What differentiates Ivalua from other similar products?

Its an intuitive platform and offers beyond strategic sourcing thus simplify the whole process and allow fair acquisition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ivalua Strategic Sourcing helps in invoice management and this helps in managing our bills and ensure we pay our creditors on time. It has simplified our procurement process and this ensures that we acquire our supplies on time thus grow our workflow. It has a simple user-interface and this ensures its usage across various departments for simplifying our purchasing process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has been reliable and we have not had any problems in using the platform in a reliable manner.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ivalua is reliable and works excellently in meeting all of your strategic needs and it will simplify the procurement process to the best.

What differentiates Ivalua from other similar products?

Ivalua has all the characteristics we require to effectively manage the flow of purchases between our organization and our suppliers. It is very effective in processes used with accounts payable / finance teams. Ensures that our team follows company policies for generating and processing purchase orders. Ivalua allows effective control of all acquisitions, supply, billing, expenses and inventory tracking.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ivalua is an intuitive and easy-to-use software that allows the procurement team to use it optimally with little training. It allows you to create different shapes of RFx template types and they can be used again to save time. Provides seamless procurement project management. It is very easy and fast to process invoices and expense reports. It integrates well with our ERP software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Ivalua customer support can offer a service that responds quickly and efficiently meets the needs of the customer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that you implement Ivalua in your company, because it offers a set of necessary features for your organization to improve the management of the supply life cycle.

easy to produce capex PO's, workflow, track, and report in this module

Paid premium price and unable to implement and use other modules offer. Paying for modules that we couldn't utilize.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure it is compatible with existing systems. That you can implement and utilize all modules before paying premium price.
