What differentiates Jaggaer from other similar products?
Working in a paid media department, we continuously need to update our campaign budget allocation and spends along with signed PO or Contract as we handle multiple clients and their marketing budget, hence we have been using Jaggaer. The tool fits our requirements and every department has their own customization done according to their needs. The tool also a communication platform which you can use to reach out to your vendor with the regards your contract or budget allocation or any issues. This has increased our efficiency as well as our professionalism.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The favorite part for me is that the Jaggaer development team has a feedback platform where the users leave their issues and requirements and the team take every feedback positively and work on those feedback.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform can be a little slow which can irritate you at times. Also, the customer support team can be inconsistent in tier responses and solving your issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it and understand the tool and how you want to use it to best of its capability. It is a wonderful tool.
