What differentiates Jama Connect from other similar products?

My team is using Jama Connect and has found this tool as a well-engineered solution and provides the best solution for project management. It has been utilized in many departments of our company for test management, DR handling, risk management, and document management. And it is doing wonders.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helped in creating a link with our clients and we can deliver projects before the deadline. The review module is assisting us a lot and providing us with a better tool for coordination. Its task management is very clear and we can divide and hand over workload to our team effortlessly. It is quite a Swift project completion and delivery. Helping us in Better management of workload and Better client relationship. Provides Transparency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration feature is not working adequately for us and we found it hard to link it with 3rd source. There should be more customization to make it more flexible especially in its report templates. No other thing I could think of as its demerit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

JamaConnect has been a wonderful experience for us and since we are contented with it that’s why I think it is a great tool for organizations irrespective of the size of the industry. The traceability of this tool is s well structured and is good to manage product requirements. But what bothered us is its limited flexibility and integration. So in these two scenarios, I think Jama Connect is not a suitable option.
