What differentiates Jama Connect from other similar products?
I’ve discovered Jama to be a fantastic tool for managing the needs of my projects. It has a straightforward user layout but also offers lots of customization options for the requirements of my own business. This software is crucial to my job in the medical device business for tracking both internal and external regulatory requirements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user UI, page-to-page navigation, and accessibility are all excellent. It is very convenient and simple to comprehend the mappings between different test artifacts and STLC phases (Design spec, requirements, TCs, Reviews, and defects). It allows users to send feedback and add tags, and it keeps track of all requirement changes and records of who made them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No major issues. I believe that having access to a few more sample projects and pieces of sample material would have aided me in setting up Jama earlier rather than later.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like having the option to associate or tag the requirements with particular organizations or stakeholders. Additionally, I like being able to connect business requirements with system requirements, and test cases, and keep track on a visual monitor. Based on user input, Jama constantly innovates and incorporates new features. The level of customer care is excellent. The level of granularity that requirements allow for is fantastic! It is an amazing tool with a lot of great features and is completely recommended by me.
