What differentiates Jama Connect from other similar products?

Requirements Synchronization Reusability Review Center Integrated Test Runs Full Flexibility Cloud Hosted Easy Access Licensing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cloud Hosted - Single Sign On HTML Permanent Linked Items that are referenceable from anywhere.

What do you dislike most about this product?

License Scheme.....if it could be more like JIRA (pay by the user by the month) it may be easier to get additional business buy-in and growth. It needs slightly better self-serve export templates....word fields work OK but I would like to better filter upstream and downstream items by type....so that I can have just specific downstream items in the document. (Trace from System Requirement to Test Results but not include Subsystem requirements items.)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very flexible very powerful requirements management tool. Make sure you setup your users as Stakeholders so that they can browse the project structures and provide a map on how they should navigate through your relationship diagrams.
