What differentiates JazzHR from other similar products?

JazzHR allowed for syncing multiple job posting across different platforms and job boards. They utilize unique applicant searching and onboarding integration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I loved the ease of sending applications with links and having a space for tracking over multiple users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the integration API did not work as well as we had initially hoped such as calendar scheduling for interviews.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a smaller business needing a place to start to ramp up ATS us have this is a great place to start and grow.

Great ATS for Small-Medium Sized Companies

What differentiates JazzHR from other similar products?

JazzHR provides a great applicant tracking system for the cost. They have a lot of features and partners that can enhance the overall capabilities of the software. It is very user-friendly and has helped streamline processes for our teams quite a bit over the years.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the applicant experience it provides. It is very simple and fast to apply for an open position.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some businesses will likely outgrow the software as they expand to multiple locations. It has become challenging for us to manage postings and the careers page of job listings as we've started to post across the country and for remote roles. It has become a bit clunky on the backend as we have expanded.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a small or medium sized business that is looking for an affordable solution with a lot of features, this could be an excellent platform for your company. It has a lot of great features that not only enhance the applicant experience, but the recruiter and hiring manager experience as well. JazzHR makes it easy to sort and filter candidates, manage the overall pipeline, export reports, administer assessments, background checks, etc. However, it may not be the best choice for a company that is expanding and will post for positions that can be filled in multiple locations. This is the one area where the software is lacking.

What differentiates JazzHR from other similar products?

We have tried several ATS, none have supported our scaling while still keeping things simple for both, applicants and our recruiting team. I believe they have found a good balance in their software that can adapt to small, medium and large size companies seeking an effective ATS system. Easy to integrate with other tools and software, easy to use and teach were high qualities as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User friendly, almost self intuitive software. If you have worked with other ATS before, transitioning to Jazz will be as smooth as possible and you will the difference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think they could be better in their feature development, they have good features but could do a lot better if they were a little more flexbile and open to developing more specific features. Also, they could improve their reporting system to be a little more robust and rich in specific data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I do think is has a very reasonable pricing compared to all the return in benefits you will receive from it. Definitely a tool to consider, specially if you are looking to develop a unique hiring process while looking to scale rapidly.
