What differentiates Jenzabar SONIS from other similar products?

Unfamiliar with other products. Although I have heard of other products. Not sure which is better. It always comes down to specific reasons/functions/features that an educational institution deems appropriate for its business needs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MS-Sql based. Client is an easy upgrade using our software deployment software - SCCM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally, product development distributes a release which affects some customers. However, product releases occur only 3-4 times a year, and those upgrades occur smoothly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As part of the migration to Jenzabar, the vendor completely reviews your current system, maps data into the Jenzabar system and performs the migrations. Training is extensive,
