What differentiates JIFFY.ai RPA from other similar products?

I have worked on the last few versions and the way the core team is focussed on making the platform easier to use with each release keeping end-user in mind certainly puts them on the top.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Though there are many, I certainly liked the code-free programming approach to automation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Though the organization is evolving and their support team is always available to help you, they should also release detailed product documentation for users to refer to in their own time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is built with rule-based automation features as well as it incorporates AI/ML-based functionalities to keep pace with ever-changing business landscapes. Most important it is simple and intuitive to use, and your IT department can configure it with basic training support.

The ability to transcribe the image text into a format that is recognized as electronic text Allows chatbot to “understand” voice/text inputs relayed by a human in conversational vernacular, and be able to process & relay feedback in natural speech. Ability to perform decision making as part of process automation

Excellent product development and support team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The common use-cases can be pre-configured to help client re-use the applications in different business scenarios.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Understand the current scenarios to be automated, aim for processes with repetitive manual an time consuming task to get maximum benefit out of the product.

What differentiates JIFFY.ai RPA from other similar products?

Their leadership Team is made up of a group of friends who founded this company on innovative ideas and have a passion for Customer service. There are no slick sales people but genuine partners that have went above and beyond to support us and be great partners of integrity. They have an innovative product roadmap and very innovative thinkers without the bureaucracy of a big vendor. If a feature is important to us, it's important to them. Note the questions asked in this survey don't provide options for our accurate answers. For instance, we don't pay per use or license. We have an unlimited number of licenses for unlimited bots for unlimited people over the next 10 years so the cost answers were tricky. Also, our developers are in strategy not IT and they are internal and external. This survey seems to assume that this product is owned and managed by IT. That is not the case for us. It is owned and managed by our Corporate Strategy & Innovation department and supported and enabled by Technology. All developers are in our COE which resides between the business and technology.

What do you dislike most about this product?

very small user community so improving developer skills and troubleshooting more difficult that it would be for a big 3 vendor

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be clear on your technical and security requirements and ensure those are provided in writing and have the right highly skilled technical people from your Team in the initial planning. There were some communication gaps in our initial setup and some detailed security requirements that took a while to resolve. I think if you see this product and are interested, give them a try. They are one of the best vendors I have worked with and that same sentiment was shared by a long-time Supply Chain leader who has called them one of the best vendors we have done business with. There will be some technical challenges and growing pains. You will have to spend time training developers on this tool. This isn't a huge vendor with unlimited resources and there are some quirks we have had to work through. But I think we will be have a world class intelligent automation capability with substantial ROI because of the lower cost of implementation and ongoing ownership. We will also be enabled with an innovative product that will be market leading without the technical debt of the legacy apps.
