What differentiates Jiminny from other similar products?
Jiminny stands out from other similar products because it is user-friendly, super easy to use, and automation, It automatically adds to calls which save time and effort. Seamless integration with other tools that we are using in our organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I’m from India, and my client is from a different region, so our accents are a bit different but thanks to the recording, I can focus on the conversation that I had with the client. We can call from it and we can receive calls using this also while making notes for your customers all the information goes to CRM . It breaks down the statistical data information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing is while sharing the screen the frames per second are freezing, i.e. screen sharing isn't the best quality.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is definitely a great product, Just one needed If the team can improve video quality while screen sharing.

What differentiates Jiminny from other similar products?
Real-time Coaching, we can records call and it also provides AI Transcription and AI Driven insights with wide range of CRM tool integration features
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User interface is very interactive and clean, also the call recording functionality is really great we can review and listen it later too for training purposes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the audio quality is not that super what you normally expect it from.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
little bit expensive but good for increasing your productivity mostly if you are in sales and CS support.
