What differentiates Jiminny from other similar products?
Jiminny's vast range of features beyond just simply recording call transcripts is what makes this tool stand out from the crowd.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the visibility Jiminny gives our sales rep in terms of reviewing their own performance but also for new starters. New starters have a wealth of content to be able to analyse and aid them in hitting the ground running.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Like anything Jiminny comes at a price, that would be my only issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you get the most out of Jiminny and dont settle by just utilising its recording functionality

It provides us with the necessary functions to carry out calls in an automated style with potential clients. Through this platform we keep track of profit and productivity metrics. make real-time call recordings. integrates with other work software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have not had any inconvenience, it is ideal for saving and recording calls that are important to our business, it is an essential solution for the performance of our work team.

I would recommend this tool for managing collaborations, sales, marketing and calls.
