What differentiates Jira Service Management from other similar products?
A very reliable user friendly interface which differentiates it from other. A good Compact GUI attract users attention.. there are some very great features in it like: 1. User can create user stories for there project. 2. It helps in planning and on boarding a projects. 3. It have some advance features which brings multiple software to integrate with it. 4. An organization can plan there projects and divide there teams and track every phase or steps.. like development or testing. 5. It is the perfect tool or service which helps in planning a good and agile product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are multiple aspects about this project. If we talk about the favorite one so that is it’s user friendly GUI and very easy to use services which are very understandable.. otherwise this tool Is full of useful services like projects tracking And planning, user stories and backlogs. And also we can share attachments over the ticket
What do you dislike most about this product?
Actually I do not found anything I might dislike about this software. I am using it from last 3 years and it’s been a great experience with it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend this product over the other because of great sense of this product to handle the project and centerlize the project tracking and processing phase. Well it is one of the most useful product to agile your processing and teams

Pricing for multiple users - if you have team of 50-100 u have to buy multiple licences
