What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?
Our company dedicated to consulting and project development uses Jobber to manage all our work in one place in an orderly and efficient way, it is possible to send project progress, schedule delivery dates and send quotes via email or text messages, maintaining constant communication with the client and providing security, which gives us greater confidence in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Jobber allows us to have each project organized and very orderly, allowing us to save time when looking for them and start executing the ideas to carry it out. The assignment of individual jobs gives us the possibility of assigning tasks to different technicians who at the same time work for the projects. The time tracking of employees and the technical reports they provide promote productivity and the use of available time to complete projects on time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be interesting to be able to better calculate the costs and general budgets of the projects and thus have clearer data of the investments within Jobber. We would like to have a better design because we are updating our image and Jobber is lagging a little behind in aesthetics. All in all Jobber is a tool that works excellently and helps us in every step of the process to accomplish the tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a very complete tool to organize third party projects, it keeps our files and ideas in order and also allows us to schedule with customers to be more communicative. The cost is good based on what the tool offers, so we are satisfied in this area as well. It can be aimed at any type of company that needs to keep a constant control of the tasks to be performed by its employees, and also needs to start assigning operations to specific employees.

What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?
You can complete more tasks without adding more personnel if you use the Jobber's tools for scheduling your workweek, which allow you to squeeze more tasks into each and every day. Your itineraries are well-planned, your clients get automated schedule notifications, and your workers always have access to the necessary job information via the Jobber app. When a task is ready, you can be informed and know where the crews are at all times.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate the system's notifications for any new tasks, jobs, or customers that need to be attended by the team at work. The mobile device's app or email can be used to receive the notifications. Despite being a cloud-based system, the program may also be accessed without an internet access, which permits the group to continue working, edit and discuss them, and refresh them when you have internet access.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software may become more sluggish when creating invoices and entering customer information. It takes a lot of work and time to make transactions and submit them towards the system. When you pay with a credit card through their system, they collect their fee and then give you the remaining amount.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We're happy to have found Jobber because that makes it easier for our technicians to keep records of open, active, and resolved value items. Jobber is incredibly efficient and user-friendly for our purposes. It chronicles the progression of the tasks from delegation to execution and serves as a useful fallback in the event that there is ever a disagreement.

What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?
It does everything that the others want to do, and it does it well... the integration between scheduling clients and techs to reporting is great

being able to schedule techs on the fly based on their current location
