What differentiates JobDiva from other similar products?
Since we have been using this program, the entire personnel selection process for the company's job vacancies has become much easier. We can automatically post job offers on job portals, schedule interviews, store in the program resumes of candidates and search for them, all from the platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Allows integration with other software to achieve a complete program, but also allows integration with social networks, to be able to search for candidates through this channel. It has a video application, to conduct video interviews in real time to candidates, if necessary. It also has a variety of email templates to send to pre-selected candidates, and we can also schedule interviews to avoid losing details of the candidate selection process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They could expand the search system with a more efficient filter, as the search engine is currently very limited. The variety of email templates could also be expanded, especially by category, so that there is a greater diversity of templates for different situations throughout the selection process. It can be cumbersome to migrate all the profile information stored in another database, as well as its complete configuration.
