What differentiates Jobvite Evolve Talent Acquisition Suite from other similar products?

I have not actually used other products like jobvite. I can update this review if I do end up using similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that I can get credit for referring people

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not like how it takes awhile to understand how to send out a jobvite

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Watch a training video on its use or ask your HR person to really explain it to you

What differentiates Jobvite Evolve Talent Acquisition Suite from other similar products?

Jobvite is focused on providing candidates with the best experience with robust features that help in streamlining the hiring process. It is affordable and integrates seamlessly with other programs. Their customer service is top-notch always available on a 24/7 daily basis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jobvite has taken hiring in our organization to the next level and has supported our high volume and seasonal requirements. It has also enabled us to have achieved application conversion rates. All our candidates have had a great experience and the response has been positive. We always respond quickly t their replies with the intelligent messaging tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A step learning curve was observed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would not hesitate to recommend Jobvite for organization to try it out. It will help your company attract and engage to talent which is crucial thing to business success.

What differentiates Jobvite Evolve Talent Acquisition Suite from other similar products?

Jobvite will take you from the beginning of you search for new employees all the way through to onboarding. No need for anything else. Not only will it post your position to job boards it will aso push them out to Social Media sites. You can target contacts in your database and keep them engaged using the Campaign features. And that is just the software. Jobvite's customer service is hands down the best I have ever encountered. They are subject experts and dedicate to helping you in whatever way possible. Going the extra mile is normal for Jobvite.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the clean look and easy navigation tools. I like the analytics feature that you can build out using your custom forms from the requisition, candidate form, application form, and screening form.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that custom fields don't follow the candidate into Onboarding. I also don't like that the picklists can't be uploaded in onboarding, options have to be added one at a time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely give it a try. You'll wonder why we had to do it the old way once you do. You won't want to go back to the standard interview process.
