What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?

We could see an upgrade in the efficiency since we started using Kantata and we could understand data better. We paid attention to many other aspects of the business that we were missing out on, so Kantata pointed those out.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate Kantata’s insights that it provides from the business point of view and how it can actually help in making better business decisions and in general making the process more efficient

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the mobile interface of Kantata especially for a business where we use our phones to check data insights more often than monitor screens

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend using this product for their cost support and definitely for project management as it provides huge update on the key metrics required in the business

The reporting is sincerely one of a kind. Useful dashboards etc...

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reports and Resourcing, billable ands non-billable time entry, etc...

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of Mobile app, the chat and communication is not as well integrated than Wrike is....

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you evaluate all products according to your needs. Use the implementation experts from Kantata to insure a good implementation.
