What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?

Kantata is a powerful PSA solution that offers a wide range of features and benefits. It is easy to use, flexible, scalable, and integrates well with Salesforce. Kantata also offers excellent support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Kantata is flexible and can be customized to meet the specific needs of any organization. The software offers a wide range of features, and users can choose the ones that are most important to them. This makes it a good fit for organizations of all sizes and in all industries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think Kantata Cloud is a good PSA solution, but it is not perfect. The cost can be a barrier for some organizations, and the lack of some advanced features can be a drawback. The user interface could also be improved. However, the reporting and analytics tools are very powerful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think Kantata Cloud is a good PSA solution. However, it's important to consider your needs and budget before you decide whether or not to use it.

one place to go to manage my time, expenses, and projects and it's a great analytical tool as well

I assume it's not a free product

you can replace multiple tools with Kantata

The system is a user friendly professional services automation (PSA) solution. The Kantata app automates pipeline forecasting, resource planning, delivery management and project accounting saved us a lot of time, optimize resource utilization and elevate operational performance.
