What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?
The rate of their product enhancements, they way they listen, provide feedback and interact with their customers, they way they problem solve with you makes us come back every year.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I'm so looking forward to integrating automations. I have a feeling that's going to earn my love in terms of "topics" very soon as I begin taking the course.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it were more client friendly facing when it comes to the Gantt chart (ie having customizable columns) and I wish the Gantt chart had more options to customize - similar to the look and feel of excel, power point, etc. for internal users
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a one stop shop for running your business. I don't know how we would run it without this software!

What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?
I don't have experience with too many other products, but I find that for the most part, Kantata is very user friendly compared to other systems that I've used. It is generally easy to make needed changes. I love the invoicing module. The resource tracking works well. It's just a very solid product overall.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the account support. Our account manager has been nothing short of wonderful for the entire time we've worked together, which is about 5 years. He is so supportive and easy to interact with, and is great about informing us about upcoming product changes and updates, of which there are many! I'm impressed with the product improvements that are regularly being rolled out.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The expenses feature is the only thing that I truly don't like about Kantata. I'd like to see the ability for administrators to make changes when there are errors on expense submissions. I'd like there to be a way to mark expenses as paid. The two part submission process is a regular hurdle. It just doesn't work in a way that is helpful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Kantata is a great choice for a solid product with amazing product development and customer support. We are glad that we made the move, and we have no plans to move away from Kantata, and we're looking forward to seeing how it progresses with time!
