The customisability and ease to review, audit and improve processes

Nothing specific really we decided to move inhouse.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be very specific about what you are looking to get out of kiss flow and consider all your options. It is a great product but for the right class of businesses.

What differentiates Kissflow from other similar products?

Less coding dependent on type forms users request to create.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple interface for end user

What do you dislike most about this product?

For admin require more in depth training rather the video provided for self-training actually not sufficient for non-IT background to self-learn.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Even this is less code product to customize approval, still better to involve IT together on certain part for customization.
