What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?

Kudos does a fantastic job with employee engagement. They offer numerous ways to engage with peer recognition, awards, group e-cards, and many others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to easily personalize peer recognition and celebrate milestones and big wins amongst the group. I also love how easy it is to pull/see the metrics of the group to keep a pulse on morale, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no negative feedback to offer at this time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As an end user of this software and not a high level stakeholder, I am not certain of the cost or implementation process, but it definitely helps drive employee engagement and connection, so I would recommend it to an agency considering a program of this nature for sure.

This software ensure we can effortlessly recognise and reward employees. It helps I. Boosting morale this greatly enhancing productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No serious flaws with Kudos. Has been amazing.

For effective employees recognition and rewarding, Kudos has it all and I recommend it.
