The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?
It's different from other programs since it encourages employees to show appreciation for one another on a regular basis and to reward one another with tiny amounts that pile up over time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to appreciate my coworkers for who they are and what they bring to the table is one of my favorite things about my job. Since we don't see each other very often, it's good to be able to personalize our shoutouts to the team. That points may be redeemed for useful gifts and gift cards is a wonderful perk.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unquestionably nothing! I had never used Kudos before, but after trying it out, I will most definitely suggest it to others.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The application is highly recommended because to its intuitive interface and wide range of supported platforms (desktop, mobile, Gmail integration, etc.). We have staff members that are able to operate the software despite language limitations. Our company's values have been unified and strengthened through the program.

Seamless Employee Engagement With Kudos

What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?
Well Kudos is different in many ways but the most obvious is the fact that it also doubles up as an employee recognition and rewarding software/
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The software is seamless to understand and use It comes with multiple features which is a plus It is affordable and so ideal for business of all sizes
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not many dislikes or issues I can list here. It has been a wonderful experience

My Experience with Kudos has been great and I therefore recommend it as an employee engagement platform

What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?
Kudos is straightforward to navigate, and it’s a fun and simple way to boost morale within the workplace! It’ nice to be recognized for hard work, and the extensive variety of rewards which will be redeemed ensure there’s one thing for everyone. The praise application is easy to use. This could decrease the number of coaching time needed. The integrations with the HRIS systems are a good advantage.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like that this program provides a straightforward way to acknowledge coworkers and employees who go above and beyond at work. The app is incredibly user friendly each on the sending kudos and redeeming kudos side of things. Kudos is that the best way to recognize your peers, you can send different amounts depending on however grateful you are. Love that you’ll add emojis and gifs to form it additional fun.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The sole thing I dislike concerning kudos is that the points I even have to give out to my staff/coworkers are “use it or lose it”. This means that no matter if I don’t provide out by the last day of the month disappear on the 1st. This is often very inconvenient after I am off for a week or so and I feel rushed to award my kudos.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your company is considering signing up for kudos, I might recommend it. It’s been a pleasant tool in my opinion.
