What differentiates Laiye Chatbot from other similar products?

Mindsay can be deployed on SaaS, Web, and Cloud. The platform has an API. The support team is always ready to help.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The automation is done without any coding so one does not need coding knowledge. The responses sent o the customers are dynamic and very rich. The bots are pre-trained and pre-configured to deal with various situations. The user interface is easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mindsay is an amazing platform, I have nothing to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have seen so much change since we started using Mindsay, our customer experience and service has improved greatly because of the chatbots. I would highly recommend Mindsay.

The support team is quick to respond. There is multi-channel communication. The platform offers reporting and analytics. Mindsay does sentiment analysis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mindsay gave us the requirements we needed, i have nothing to dislike about the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Mindsay has helped us to be able to connect with our customers and to also cut down on response time , this has greatly improved our customer experience with us. I would highly recommend Mindsay.

What differentiates Laiye Chatbot from other similar products?

The team at Mindsay is always ready to help out when issues arise plus they are very friendly. Mindsay is easy to set up and it has an appealing UI. The ability of Mindsay to integrate with other platforms is a great plus. One does not need coding knowledge to use Mindsay in the creation of bots.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mindsay is pocket friendly. The bots created on the platform are very efficient as seen in their performance. Mindsay is scalable so as the base of customers grows, Mindsay is also able to accommodate the growth. Mindsay is agile. The flexibility of Mindsay has also been a great help as we are able to automate complex customer queries. The platform is being constantly improved and new features added to make its performance top-notch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I cannot think of anything to dislike about Mindsay , it has worked so well for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Mindsay is definitely the platform to go to if you want to have bots that take up most of the customer service queries, the bots are easy to create , they are very intuitive and intelligent and very agile. I highly recommend Mindsay.
