What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

Unlike other document management platforms, Laserfiche stands out for its easy configuration and intuitive interface that allows users to start using it quickly without a steep learning curve. It presents us with better document version tracking for effective change control, as well as Reporting and data analysis for informed decision making.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Laserfiche can be deployed on both cloud-based and on-premise ecosystems, reducing the learning curve.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface, while functional, could benefit from a more modern design. Enhanced customization options for dashboards would allow marketers to focus on their most crucial metrics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure your AP process is functioning efficiently prior to using Laserfiche. If this is in place, Laserfiche is a great product.
