It's extremely reliable and very easy to use. Amazing customer support too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it doesn't break, I have peace of mind that it works as expected 24/7.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing, it really does everything we need and more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implementation of a new product can be unsettling, but Leandata really ensures you do the initial set up together and makes themselves available to keep supporting in anything the client may need.

What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?

It's native to salesforce which makes it a lot easier to rout than using a marketing CRM like hubspot.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The extent of features with the native salesforce integration, they've thought of everything.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be quite difficult to use, and I think they could improve the visual aspect to make it easier. The product itself is quite complex so might not be the easiest fix though.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are struggling with complex lead routing then this will be able to achieve everything you need.
