What differentiates Less Annoying CRM from other similar products?
Almost all CRM's are the same, it's the ease of access and familiarization is what's important.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As an end user of the product, I must say that almost everything has been great. Getting hands-on experience shortly after training is crucial, as it allows me to work more comfortably and confidently. It’s especially important when learning to navigate a new tool and having those first few days of practical use really helped me become familiar with the system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Haven't found any issues yet to complain about this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can't think of any.

Ease of use and the ability to make changes throughout the program based on our needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing really. Quite happy. I have made suggestions and some have been or will be implemented in future releases.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Not a big commitment but can really use it for running a business and even keeping full personal records.
